Customer Service Rep

Office duties:
Answer phones, scheduling customers, coordinating with technicians, inputting paperwork, light office cleaning.
Prefer experience with QuickBooks (willing to train).
Must be organized and willing to learn. There is no cold calling or selling involved. Compensation is $16-$18 an hour depending on experience.
We are looking for someone that wants long-term employment as training takes time.
Must pass background check.
Monday through Friday, in office until 5:30PM.
