Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
