Job Title: Concierge Security Officer/Austin Job Type: Full-time (Must Be Able to Start Immediately) Location: Austin, TX Job Description: We are seeking professional, polished individuals to serve as Concierge staff in a high-rise office environment. This role is focused on delivering a welcoming, organized, and high-end experience for tenants and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will represent the building by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and a strong presence in the lobby. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome tenants, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Provide directions, information, and general assistance as needed Maintain an attentive and visible presence in the lobby Assist with visitor check-in and overall lobby flow Communicate effectively with building management and tenants Help keep the lobby organized, clean, and operating smoothly Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally What We’re Looking For: Customer service or hospitality experience (concierge, hotel, front desk preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing and interacting with people throughout the shift Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.
