Position Title Temporary Howling Cow Team Member Location Raleigh, NC Position Type Temporary Compensation $12-$18/hr Responsibilities This position is much more than just scooping ice cream! We operate in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment (during weekends and prime weekday hours). Speed and accuracy are a must! Must communicate with customers, fill orders and clean following set list throughout the shift. Work Schedule Work schedule includes weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts, with hours ranging from 10:30am – 9:00pm. Hours may be varied due to operational needs. 30 hours per week, hours and days may vary due to operational needs. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or food service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull or carry. Ability to occasionally work in cold conditions inside. Ability to work around chemicals and wet, slippery floors or surfaces. Ability to continuously work with others.
