✅ 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$18.00/hour

✅ 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

$19.80/hour

✅ 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

$19.80/hour

➕ Optional overtime available on weekends!

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a key role in building high-quality electronic products and servers.

✨ Responsibilities include:

• Loading PCB/PCBA boards into SMT machines and monitoring production lines
• Loading and unloading component reels while operating manufacturing equipment
• Keeping components stocked and production lines running smoothly
• Assembling completed boards into server units using hand and power tools
• Following digital build instructions on a computer screen
• Testing completed products and documenting results
• Moving finished products to designated areas

• At least 6 months of work experience in any industry
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable taking and passing a basic 5th-grade math assessment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
