In This Role, You Will Help Clients Work Through Relationship Concerns, Family Stress, Life Changes, And Mental Health Challenges Through Structured, Evidence-Based Care Delivered By Telehealth. Your Day-To-Day Work Will Focus On Assessment, Treatment Planning, Ongoing Counseling, Progress Tracking, And Clear Clinical Documentation.Responsibilities:Provide Telehealth Therapy Sessions For Individuals, Couples, And FamiliesAssess Client Needs, Concerns, And Relationship Or Family DynamicsCreate And Update Individualized Treatment PlansMaintain Accurate And Timely Clinical DocumentationMonitor Client Progress And Adjust Treatment Approaches As NeededUse Appropriate Therapeutic Models For Family Systems, Couples Counseling, And Related ConcernsCoordinate Care When Needed With Other Providers Or Support Services
