LPC: Adolescent & Family Mental Health Counselor

Community Care of West Virginia

Community Care of West Virginia (CCWV) is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to meet behavioral health needs of adolescents and adults in our outpatient setting. You will conduct individual, family, and group sessions under supervision to support recovery and wellness.

The role emphasizes collaborative care planning, linkage to community resources, and thorough documentation of treatment goals and progress.
