About The Team DashMart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality. About The Role In this role, you’ll work within a 5‑15k sq ft distribution center, will assist in leading the local warehouse operating team, and in some locations will include preparing food in a light‑prep kitchen, and help the Site Manager ensure we maintain high quality for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead: Demonstrate compassion and commitment to inclusivity as you lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads. Hire, coach, and develop high‑performing team members, while building a safety‑first culture. Serve as a leading change agent, helping your team navigate new initiatives and growth projects. Tackle onsite escalations, coordinating with cross‑functional partners. Operate: Drive results in one or more focus areas or a specific shift. Achieve performance targets through effective scheduling, inventory management, and best practices. Engage cross‑functional partners as needed. Strategize: Analyze data and make strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, warehouse organization, and when to engage cross‑functional partners. Lead process improvement projects as required. Delight: Coach and empower your team to provide a highly quality customer experience. Monitor quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Work cross‑functionally with central teams from inventory to training. Qualifications Proven leadership experience managing high‑performance teams of 5+ employees with successful performance and employee development outcomes. Experience with ownership in a growing business and willingness to show up as needed. Problem‑solving from first principles, resisting the mentality of “this is always how it’s done.” Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in rapid change environments. Analytical mindset, data‑first problem solver, experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including pivot tables. 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field. 1+ year of experience managing a team.
