This is a hybrid role - reporting to the Lakewood, NJ area.

To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement.

For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can...

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence.
• Payment processing.
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Exporting predesigned reports.
• Staff meetings and other program support.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

• 0-2 years' experience in a customer facing role
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
