Licensed Practical Nurse
Liberty Care&Rehabilitation Cente
Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct bedside care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and resident conditions, document accurately in electronic records, and coordinate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to support individualized care plans. You will educate residents and families, support ADLs, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Our resident-centered culture values dignity, respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence in a supportive, professional care environment.
