We are looking to add a third doctor to our rapidly growing office in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore! The office is Canton Smile Studio, check out our instagram page and our reviews!

Canton Smile Studio is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our thriving, relationship-centered boutique practice in the heart of Baltimore’s vibrant Canton neighborhood.

We are a fee-for-service / PPO-driven private practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, elevated patient care, and leading-edge technology. We blend high-level clinical care with genuine hospitality and a strong, positive team culture. In our office you well get:

- Comprehensive dentistry with opportunities in:
- Invisalign/clear aligner therapy (some level of experience preferred, but we will get the right candidate certified!)
- Restorative Dentistry
- Implant Dentistry (training/experience welcomed)
- Digital Smile Design, digital workflows
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Technology you’ll love: CBCT / 3D imaging, intraoral photography, iTero scanners, AI-assisted diagnostics
We’re seeking a doctor who is passionate about comprehensive patient care, who is warm, confident, and relationship-driven, growth-minded and coachable, a team player, has strong ethics, and a desire to contribute our positive, fun culture!
1 year of residency or 2 years of clinical experience are required for this position; must be licensed in Maryland
