Overview Diesel Mechanics of all experience levels are encouraged to apply! Diesel Mechanics are eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 . WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Diesel Mechanic who will, under supervision, repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities Performs preventive maintenance services Conducts safety checks on vehicles Performs service calls Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports Assists Lead Mechanics as needed Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times Performs other job‑related duties as assigned Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management Experience, Education, and Certification Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification Valid driver license Physical Requirements Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills Reach with hands and arms Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs Benefits Industry leading benefits Multiple and flexible medical plans Outstanding PTO program Floating Holidays Strong 401k program and company match Tuition reimbursement plan College loan reimbursement College scholarship program for dependents Parental Leave Program Inclusive culture Employee engagement events Employee resource groups Equal Opportunity Employer.
