Parking Cashier

Parking CashierASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Parking Cashier at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. Under direction of the Director of Finance, the Part Time Parking Cashier team member's primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Operation of credit card transaction machine.Counting of cash and providing accurate change on a timely basis.Perform exceptional customer service.Direct and assist patronsBalance accountability of issued bank and cash received and credit card payments.Responsible for reconciling credit cards and cash payments at the end of the shift.Report to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including badgePersonal appearance and grooming must conform to SCC dress code.Responsible for reporting any issues to management that impede the flow of parking/traffic.Other duties may be assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Working Conditions:The working hours are scheduled based on the needs the facility. PART-TIME ON-CALL scheduling. There is no guarantee of hours on a weekly basis. Must have reliable transportation and be able to report to work as scheduled. Maintain a client service oriented attitude. Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays and can work flexible schedules.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
