Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Assistant supports the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including preparing sales documents, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate data in CRM and other systems. This role assists with customer inquiries, processes orders, coordinates product deliveries, and helps ensure a smooth end-to-end sales experience. The Sales Assistant also helps prepare presentations, sales reports, and inventory updates, and may support in-store events, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications with clients. Collaboration with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, is essential to provide timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and provide responsive support. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers, sales team members, and internal stakeholders. Basic to intermediate Sales understanding, including comfort with upselling, cross-selling, and supporting sales campaigns. Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM systems is highly beneficial. Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or sales support is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
