Join our team as a Cheerleading Assistant Coach! With the continued growth and success of Champion Force Athletics, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help coach our diverse teams. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cheerleaders across various skill levels. While previous cheer experience is preferred, it's not a requirement. If you have a gymnastics background, that's a bonus! We are looking for team players who are ready to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and travel on weekends for competitions. Our coaching responsibilities will involve teaching classes (typically 3-4 sessions in a day), preparing lesson plans, overseeing student check-ins, and maintaining basic records. You will also attend occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions. This position provides a fun and rewarding part-time opportunity! To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
