In this role, you'll oversee shift performance, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is a key leadership position where your ability to develop teams, solve problems, and maintain high standards will directly impact daily operations and long-term success. What You'll DoLead and supervise all 2nd shift production operationsDrive safety, quality, and productivity across departmentsCoach and develop supervisors and production team membersMonitor workflow and adjust labor/resources to meet production goalsConduct floor walks to address issues and reinforce standardsEnsure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, and food safety regulationsPartner with HR on staffing, scheduling, and performance managementTrack KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvementSupport hiring, onboarding, and training initiativesFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking ForSeveral years of leadership experience in manufacturing or productionStrong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of safety, quality, and production processesExperience with coaching, employee development, and performance managementStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesFood manufacturing or refrigerated environment experience preferred Compensation & BenefitsWe believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers.
