• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
