Senior AI/ML Engineer & Data Scientist

Job Family : Operational Effectiveness Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do Serve as senior AI/ML engineer and leverage experience in fields like data science, remote sensing, and artificial intelligence to apply expertise to new mission challenges Work as a part of an embedded team of experts to identify novel applications for cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies within the context of a national security program Work across organizational boundaries to build coalitions, cultivate mission partnerships, and generate progress against stated program objectives Continuously develop, refine, and utilize new technical skills and expertise with new technological developments and nascent capabilities Mobilize and wield full combination of skillsets, background experience, and technical know-how to serve mission requirements and achieve program success What You Will Need An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULLSCOPE (FS) polygraph. Minimum TEN (10) years of experience in directly relevant disciplines and fields, preferably in a national security setting Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline Ability to operate autonomously, with minimal oversight, while sustaining progress toward objectives Demonstrated experience with AI/ML engineering and data science What Would Be Nice To Have Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline Doctorate in a relevant field or discipline PMP certification Relevant professional certifications within fields like data science Technical publications further demonstrating technical prowess What We Offer Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
