Home Improvement Sales Representative

Capital Construction has immediate openings for  Sales Professionals to provide home improvement solutions for homeowners in the CT, MA & NH markets. You will be responsible for improving clients’ homes by providing product recommendations and estimates on the highest quality residential Roofing, Siding, Decking, Window, Door and Patio solutions, utilizing the most advanced presentation, and estimating technologies available in the industry. We have one of the strongest on-line performance reputations in New England, with over 2,000+ customer testimonials locally that supports our quality and exceptional customer satisfaction mission. Founded in 2005, Capital Construction has achieved industry recognition and numerous awards for our projects and workmanship in the New England.

We are looking for independent  Sales Professionals to increase our revenue and profitability through direct sales to homeowners. Using innovative technology for effective lead management and quoting, the Sales Representative will design comprehensive quotes and work the sales cycle including prospecting, cultivating relationships, conducting in-home presentations, closing sales, and follow-up with all clients.

We provide highly qualified preset appointments daily (No Cold Calling) to our sales professionals. We also provide a comprehensive 3-week paid training program to learn the Home Improvement Industry.

We offer an aggressive compensation program which includes an accelerated advance and commission schedule, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Rapid management advancement opportunities exist for those with ambition to participate in the expansion and growth of the company.

Requirements

· 1+ years of proven sales

· General construction knowledge a plus but not required

· Ability to be part of the team and lead by example

· Time management skills

· Basic technological aptitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Weeknight and Saturday availability

· Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

· Reliably commute - approximately one day per week to Canton and work in the Field or home the remainder of the week
