We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Communications Coordinator to support customer outreach, product presentations, promotional communication, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning about products, communicating with people, and presenting information in a clear and professional manner.

• Communicate product information clearly and accurately to customers.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and interests.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available services.
• Recommend appropriate products or solutions based on customer needs.
• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with product demonstrations and in-person presentations.
• Follow up with prospective customers regarding product inquiries.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Assist with preparing product information and promotional materials.
• Gather customer questions and feedback regarding products.
• Communicate relevant customer feedback to team members.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and product inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable presenting information to customers.
• Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in product communication, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
