Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, forming a holistic understanding of their challenges. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Develop and implement personalized service plans focused on actionable goals and measurable objectives that enhance clients' quality of life. Advocate for clients' rights and access to social resources, actively engaging in discussions surrounding social justice issues that affect the communities we serve. Contribute to program refinement, enhancement, and grant reporting efforts, ensuring that our services align with best practices and community needs. Collaborate effectively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to strengthen service delivery and enhance our outreach capabilities. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on clients who may be experiencing significant life transitions, mental health disorders, and other personal challenges. By utilizing telehealth technology, you will provide support to clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving their coping mechanisms and promoting their overall emotional and psychological well-being. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Strong communication skills, empathy, and exceptional organizational capabilities essential for managing diverse case loads. Preferred Experience Prior experience working in a nonprofit organization or community-focused setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of social justice, advocacy strategies, and trauma-informed care practices. Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth service delivery.
