Lead by example through hands‑on member service and problem resolution. Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement. Act as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products. Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects. Identify and facilitate relationship‑based cross‑sell opportunities that align with member needs. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of financial services or related member‑focused experience. Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred. Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership. Compensation This is a full‑time, exempt position with a starting annual salary of $63,000, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
