Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if needed. TB skin test current within last 12 months. Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation.
