Your Role
  • Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess clients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care
  • Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods to promote continued progress at home
  • Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to ensure continual advancement towards goals
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Commitment to ongoing education and advanced certifications is encouraged and supported
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
