We are a family owned and operated Ford Dealership with 100+employee. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Marcotte Ford Family!

Job Type :  Full-time

Pay: $40,000- $45,000 per year

Schedule:

• 40 hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube and others.
• Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images and videos that promote Marcotte Ford, MCTC, Paper City Car Wash and LugNutz Café.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
• Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure content and specials are updated, informative and appealing.
• Create editorial calendars. (Loomly is currently used)
• Help maintain company website pages and profiles – Marcotte Ford, MCTC, Paper City Car Wash and LugNutz Café with updated content.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
• Review analytics and help set goals.
• Help manage company reputation.
• Attend events on site and off site to represent Marcotte Ford and take photos.
• Boost brand awareness and generate sales or leads.
• Help with design materials for websites and flyers.  (Canva is currently used)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Required)
