Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.Shift DetailsDay Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PMSchedule: 3 shifts per weekMust work at least every other holidayResponsibilitiesAssess and triage patients in the emergency department.Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.Monitor patient conditions and provide updates to healthcare providers.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsMust have a minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the emergency room specialty.Current Ohio nursing license or compact state license required at the time of application.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TNCC) certification preferred.Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation, with acceptable scores required.SkillsStrong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.If you are a compassionate and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team in providing exceptional healthcare services.Client Details State OH
