Business Analyst

The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team! The Business Analyst supports enterprise business processes and systems by serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supply and Demand Planning, and related application areas. The role translates business needs into clear requirements and process documentation and contributes to testing, training, issue resolution, implementation, and post-deployment support, with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred.Essential Functions: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.Analyze business needs and current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.Document business processes, system requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and user guidance to support shared understanding and solution delivery.Support system changes, enhancements, and upgrades by preparing data, executing tests, validating results, and assisting with post-deployment stabilization.Coordinate initial issue triage by gathering evidence, documenting impacts, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical or functional teams.Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, technology teams, and vendors to clarify needs, communicate change impacts, and contribute to successful implementations.Assist with user training, deployment readiness, and on-site implementation support, including travel as business needs require.Position Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Learn more about our Benefits.Salary Information: An employee in this position based out of Washington State can expect a salary range between $100,334 and $150,054. We typically pay out between $106,000 and $115,000. An employee in this position not based out of Washington State can expect a salary range between $91,212 and $136,413. We typically pay out between $97,000 and $110,000. The actual salary offered will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.Physical Demands & Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work.
