Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient./ppJob Description:/ppPhysical Therapy Pediatric Resident / (Full-time, 40 hours/week)/ppIvy Rehab for Kids - Outpatient Pediatric/ppIvy Rehab Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency Program/pp* Please apply to this role directly through our Ivy Career Site to ensure all applicable application questions are completed./ppPosition Qualifications/Admissions Criteria:/pulliGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program/liliActive PT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Residency start date/liliEmployed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date./liliRequired membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency/liliCommitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study/liliCommitment to taking the ABPTS Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS) exam at earliest eligibility/liliCommitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program/li/ulpProgram Requirements :/pulliCompletion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)/liliCompletion of all assessments, logs and forms/liliPassing of all required quizzes/liliSatisfactory completion of required presentations/liliOptional completion of case report abstract/liliCompletion of Residency Special Project/liliCompletion of 100 mentor hours/liliComplete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during residency year/liliAttendance and participation in all scheduled residency education events/liliSatisfactory achievement of all resident core competencies/li/ulpFinancial Obligations:/pulliProgram Tuition: $4,500/liliThis can be paid in full -or- over a 1- or 2- year payment plan through paycheck deductions/liliAs a full-time employee of Ivy Rehab for Kids, each program participant will maintain their salary commensurate with hours worked/week and maintain their benefits during the length of the program/lili2-year employment commitment post-graduation to satisfy the financial investment Ivy contributes to each participant/li/ulpWho Is Ivy Rehab?/ppAt Ivy Rehab, you are not just an employee - you are a valued TEAMMATE!/ppJoin our dedicated team at Ivy Rehab and come together to provide patients with access to world-class care and outcomes for those in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
