Recruiter Location: St. Petersburg, FL Employment: Temporary (3 months) Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $ 60-$80/k - (this is an hourly position 28/hr. -38/hr.) Schedule: 40 hours /week About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our HR team during a period of significant growth. This role will help manage a high volume of open requisitions, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across all sites. What You’ll Do: Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree Critical professional related technical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Oral and written communication skills.
