Vrapi Weeks PA Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Immigration) Albuquerque, NM | Full time We are hiring for a full-time Legal Case Manager (Legal Assistant/Paralegal) to work in our Albuquerque office in the employment-based immigration division. For more on our core values: Description Position We are hiring for a full-time Legal Case Manager (Legal Assistant/Paralegal) to work in our Albuquerque office in the employment-based immigration division. This position requires someone who cares for the community we serve, has good attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Mission Take ownership of cases, provide exceptional customer service, and prepare quality work product. Outcomes Within the first 6 months on the job: Embrace firm mission and culture. Collect client information diligently, strategically, and independently. Draft forms, cover letters, declarations, and packets accurately with minimal supervision for attorney review. Fluency in written and oral English. Teamwork. Great organization, planning, follow-through, and time‑management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional attitude and demeanor. Ability to work independently on collaborative projects. Location Albuquerque, NM. This is not a remote position. Full Time The position is full time, Monday-Friday. Experience and Education Requirements At least 2 years of college or 2 years office experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. We will consider recent college graduates with no work experience. No prior immigration experience is required. Compensation Our philosophy is to hire the best people and pay at the top of the market, including a full benefits package.
