Insurance Agency Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join a growing insurance agency team. This is an in-office position where the individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting daily office operations and assisting the agency staff with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and documentation
• Maintain and update client files within the agency management system
• Assist clients with payments, policy questions, and basic service requests
• Provide administrative support to producers and account managers
• Assist with policy processing, certificates of insurance, and renewal support
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Insurance agency experience is a plus
• P&C License preferred or ability/willingness to obtain upon hire
