Insurance Agency Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join a growing insurance agency team. This is an in-office position where the individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting daily office operations and assisting the agency staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and documentation
- Maintain and update client files within the agency management system
- Assist clients with payments, policy questions, and basic service requests
- Provide administrative support to producers and account managers
- Assist with policy processing, certificates of insurance, and renewal support
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Insurance agency experience is a plus
- P&C License preferred or ability/willingness to obtain upon hire
