As a Baker at MIKKIS CAFE PEARLAND, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every baked item meets our high standards of quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of items, such as bread, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ingredient restocking as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
• Bringing creativity and care to every item you bake, ensuring our customers enjoy the best experience.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional setting.
• A strong understanding of baking techniques and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual skills (preferred) to better serve our diverse team and customers.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
