We are partnering with a rapidly growing mobile repair organization specializing in emergency roadside service for RVs, motorhomes, and recreational vehicles throughout Florida. Position Overview

As a Mobile RV Service Technician, you will respond to roadside service calls involving RVs, motorhomes, and related equipment. Repairs may involve both the vehicle and the living quarters of the RV, requiring a versatile mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Most service calls involve minor to moderate repairs rather than major engine overhauls. Technicians will work independently in the field and interact directly with customers during emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency roadside service calls for RVs and motorhomes
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general RV-related issues
• Troubleshoot diesel and gasoline-powered vehicle systems
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance to get customers safely back on the road
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch personnel
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Operate safely and professionally while representing the company in the field

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of mechanical repair experience preferred
• RV repair experience is an asset but not required
• Background in diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or related mechanical trades considered
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $75–$100 per hour (subject to experience and final confirmation)
• Guaranteed minimum earnings of $1,000 per week
• High earning potential through service call volume

• 24/7 operation
• On-call mobile service position
