Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Clinic/outpatient RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Experience and Qualifications:**- 18 months combined perm experience in specialty required, preferable within one location, but can be combined.- 18 months recent CVICU experience required. Travel experience will suffice.- TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.**Licensure and Certifications:**- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission.- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.- Certifications must be ACTIVE with nothing pending.**Testing and Assessments:**- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate to be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Two attempts maximum to pass, otherwise, the contract will be canceled.**Other Requirements:**- COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions only.- Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements; all other travelers must be nicotine-free.- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start; updated annually.- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
