Security Concierge

Security ConciergeThe Security Concierge serves as a general security presence in the facility (internal/external) to prevent crimes and report suspicious activity.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreets members in a welcoming manner while answering questions and assisting as neededEducates members and team members by explaining precautionary measuresPatrols all areas of the parking lot as instructed and serves as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crimeInternal patrol of each facility will be required to ensure perimeter security and safetyIdentifies security problems or suspicious activities and reports activities if necessaryResponds to concerns or complaints and intervenes if necessaryDocuments all suspicious activity and incidentsMeets with General Manager regularly to provide security updatesConducts internal and external surveillance audits in relationship with the Asset Protection ManagerHolds the local relationship with law enforcementPerforms local video extraction request and review with partnership from the Asset Protection ManagerPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent6 months of experience as a security guardCPR/AED certificationAwareness of potential injuries and ability to handle emergenciesAbility to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsPreferred QualificationsLaw Enforcement/Military experienceLife Time is a place for everyone.
