Position responsibilities include:

• Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company
• Revise and maintain established cash flow projection processes and reporting structures
• Work with the CFO to routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance proactively
• Assist the CFO in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory matters and requirements
• Liaise with finance partners, banks, and other vendors
• Identify areas of inefficiency, make recommendations, and develop action plans
• Generate forecasts and run scenario analyses, so the company can be predictive and proactive for the future
• Assist the CFO in reporting company’s financial results
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure the financial needs of the business are being met and advise them on the financial strategy of the firm
• Advise senior leadership and other executives on how to maintain the company’s economic health and strong growth

Position qualifications include:

• In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Innate ability to turn numbers into information, and to communicate the same to the stakeholders of the company who do not have accounting or finance backgrounds
• Prior experience in the Professional Services Industry (engineering preferred), investment banking, or “big 4” management consulting is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
• A Certified Public Accounting License is strongly preferred
