As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support daily warehouse activities that keep production running efficiently. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory, material handling, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization while working alongside an experienced team in a clean, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer orders. Stock inventory in designated warehouse and stockroom locations. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments and completing documentation. Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment. Maintain accurate inventory by assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits. Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Support warehouse, stockroom, and production teams as workload requires. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are: 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or general labor experience. Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Able to work independently while contributing to a team. Basic computer skills are a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and positive attitude. Committed to quality, safety, and attendance. Education & Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements. Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required.
