Title: Maintenance Build Specialist

\nEmployment Type: Full Time
\nSalary Range: $90K to $120K
\n \nResponsibilities of Role:
\nDevelop and optimize SAP PM maintenance plans, task lists, strategies, cycles, and packages.
\nReview existing maintenance programs and identify gaps, duplicates, and improvement opportunities.
\nInterpret OEM manuals, P&IDs, engineering drawings, and maintenance procedures.
\nApply preventive maintenance optimization, RCM concepts, and asset criticality.
\nPrepare SAP PM data-load templates and perform data validation and reconciliation.
\nCollaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams.
\n \nSkills Required:
\n5+ years of experience in SAP PM, maintenance planning, maintenance build, or reliability.
\nHands-on experience developing maintenance plans and task lists.
\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance optimization, RCM, and industrial maintenance.
\nStrong Excel, data validation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA PM and mass-load tools.
\nBackground in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
\nExperience with CMMS implementation, migration, or improvement projects.
\n \nQualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related discipline.
