Project Manager

An established and rapidly growing commercial concrete contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile structural concrete projects throughout the DC/Mid-Atlantic market. Why this role stands out: Competitive base salary ranging from $110K–$140K depending on experience Performance bonuses up to $15K+ per project Company vehicle and gas card provided Hybrid flexibility between office and project sites Clear advancement path into Senior PM and leadership roles Stable backlog of commercial projects ranging from $1M–$15M Work alongside highly experienced operations and field teams What you'll be doing: Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution Coordinate directly with Owners, General Contractors, field leadership, and subcontractors Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Support field operations alongside Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards Lead coordination for rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, cranes, and related concrete scopes Attend project meetings and serve as the primary communication lead throughout the project lifecycle What they're looking for: 5–10 years of concrete construction experience 3–5 years of Project Management experience within commercial concrete construction Strong understanding of structural concrete operations and production Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Experience managing change orders, schedules, and project financials Familiarity with construction management software and Excel Reliable transportation and willingness to visit active jobsites Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field Spanish bilingual skills is a plus Experience working for commercial concrete subcontractors PPO medical coverage Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Long-term career growth opportunities Company Culture: This team operates with a “work hard, play hard” mentality.
