Business Project Manager Location: Remote (USA) Duration: 12+ months Client: UST/Elevance Health Job Description: Candidates MUST HAVE experience with Pharmacy Business Management (PBM) with preferred experience in mail order pharmacy. Candidates must have end-to-end project implementation experience. Candidates must be willing to work EST time zone. UST Global® is looking for a Business Project Manager to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business project management for healthcare insurance providers. PBM experience is preferred. New client implementation experience is a plus. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Responsibilities Act as Business Project Manager for multiple project/program initiatives in the PBM area Act as SME/BA for the new client implementation initiatives Drive projects from initiation; identify resources needed and work self-driven to start the project Capture business requirements and identify impacts Collaborate with multiple business and IT teams to drive project work to completion and manage dependencies to ensure on-time delivery Identify issues/risks and report to leadership in a timely manner with mitigation strategies Track budget for the program and report to leadership Provide status reports to leadership Requirements 10 years of business project management experience in Healthcare with PBM experience Ability to handle multiple high-visibility tracks smoothly Strong healthcare knowledge; understanding of claims processing is a must.
