About the Role Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. The position involves safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining clean vehicles, counting inventory accurately, and meeting daily performance goals. This role requires flexibility to work varied, flexible hours including early mornings and late nights. Responsibilities Safely transport staff to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements. Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to facilitate efficient operations. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals; wage increases are based on productivity. Qualifications Minimum of 21 years of age for a qualified van driver (or 18 for a personal vehicle). Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, with at least 36 consecutive months of continuous holding. Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; lift items up to 25 lbs.; frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to assume low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; occasional use of a ladder; occasional travel via car and plane, including overnight stays. Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is desirable but not required.
