Loadmaster is a rapidly growing national manufacturer of refuse trucks with customers all over the country. Garbage never stops, it always needs to be picked up no matter the weather or the economy and our products play an integral role in that process. Some of our customers include major cities and hauling companies who depend on our products in order to keep their cities, parks, and towns clean and healthy.

Responsible for the success conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, efficient staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinking problem-solver.

Perform required procedures to process payroll including data input, timecards, balancing and maintaining accurate staff payroll records.

Assisting with the administration of the company benefit programs.

New employee orientation and onboarding.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.

Maintaining electronic and paper records of employees.

Assist with the recruitment process by advertising for and identifying candidates, as well as performing pre-employment reference and background checks.

Assist with scheduling meetings and interviews with prospective employees.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Attention to Detail is a must

Other duties as assigned

1+ year in a human resources role

Strong computer and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Strong data entry and computer skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

A positive attitude, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.

All employees are expected to have a friendly, positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task and solve problems. The following qualifications are required for this position.

Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening

Basic math skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

This position requires an employee to frequently stand, walk, sit, kneel, climb and lift up to 25 pounds.
