This role oversees the complete talent acquisition pipeline, fosters strategic client partnerships, and maintains rigorous compliance across all staffing workflows. By acting as a primary liaison between client organizations and prospective candidates, the individual in this position ensures the delivery of tailored, high-caliber workforce solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities & Scope of Duties:Recruitment & Candidate EngagementOrchestrate full-lifecycle talent sourcing strategies across multiple channels to engage and convert qualified professionals.Execute multi-stage candidate evaluations, encompassing structured interviews, technical competency checks, and background verifications.Align candidate skill profiles and career trajectory goals with specific client organizational needs to optimize placement retention.Direct candidate onboarding workflows, facilitate client feedback loops, and manage job offer negotiations.Client Account Oversight & Relationship ManagementAct as a dedicated strategic contact for enterprise accounts, proactively assessing workforce needs and recommending tailored staffing strategies.Partner with client leadership to evaluate placement performance, address operational challenges, and implement quality enhancements.Analyze placement metrics, labor turnover patterns, and attendance data to deliver actionable insights to client stakeholders.Administrative Governance & ComplianceMaintain precise, real-time records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal database management solutions.Enforce strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations, corporate policy guidelines, and client-specific requirements.Oversee weekly timecard verification, audit payroll records, and support billing reconciliation to maintain operational accuracy.Professional Qualifications & Core CompetenciesEducational Background & Work ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Professional HR certification preferred, such as HRCI or SHRM certification.Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive experience within human resources, recruitment, talent sourcing, risk management, and recruitment operations.Essential CompetenciesCommunication: Highly articulate in both written and verbal engagements; adept at presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to diagnose complex operational bottlenecks and formulate swift, decisive solutions.Prioritization & Organization: Exceptional time-management capability with a proven track record of balancing competing priorities under firm deadlines.Interpersonal Acumen: Proven capability to establish trusted working relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.Technical & Platform ProficiencyExpertise with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Advanced proficiency in standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and web-based collaboration tools.Starting salary minimum: 125K + BonusMonday ~ Friday8:00am to 5:00pmIn-OfficeBilingual in English and Spanish requiredContact PrideStaff at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io for immediate consideration!Job SummaryJob number: 589947Profession: Administrative/Clerical/HR
