SCHEDULE & TERRITORY

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Full-time salaried field sales position
Daily travel throughout an established healthcare territory

Coverage Area:

Urbana, Illinois
Danville, Illinois
Decatur, Illinois
Bloomington, Illinois
Additional surrounding communities throughout Central Illinois

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Candidates should reside within 30 to 35 miles of Urbana, Illinois

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Reliable personal vehicle required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Mileage reimbursement provided for approved territory travel

INTERVIEW PROCESS

First interview conducted via Microsoft Teams

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Sales experience preferred
Medical, physician office, hospital, or DME sales experience strongly preferred
New college graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are encouraged to apply

OVERVIEW
This is an established territory sales role focused on developing referral relationships, expanding market share, and helping healthcare providers connect patients with life changing home medical services.

Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare referral sources
Educate providers on Rotech's respiratory, wound care, diabetes, and home medical equipment solutions
Prospect, present, and secure new referral opportunities throughout the territory
Manage an established book of business while identifying opportunities for continued growth
Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure outstanding patient service
Track sales activity, referral trends, and pipeline development using company systems
Attend in person Sales Academy training

WHAT TO EXPECT

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Medical, DME, respiratory, hospital, physician office, or healthcare sales experience
B2B sales experience
Leadership experience in athletics, academics, or previous employment
CRM experience preferred
New college graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a competitive mindset are encouraged to apply

Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Professional presentation and customer service skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
CRM or sales platform experience preferred
Email and electronic communication systems
Standard office and mobile technology

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Daily driving throughout the assigned territory
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and attending customer meetings
Ability to transport sales materials and presentation equipment
