Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position: Charge RN – Operating Room (OR) Location: San Diego, CA Facility: Sharp HealthCare Shift: 12H Nights (NOC) – 3 shifts/week (1800–0630) On-Call: 1 on-call shift per 2-week pay period (approx. 2x/month) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Contract Length: 13 Weeks Required Qualifications Active CA RN License BLS (CPR) Minimum 3 years recent OR RN circulating experience OR Charge experience (must have experience running the board) Level I or Level II Trauma experience Travel experience required EPIC EMR experience (strongly preferred) Unit Details Level II Trauma Center (staffed 24/7 for emergency cases from ED) All types of surgical cases Primarily coordinating and assigning cases (not typically scrubbed into cases) Responsible for case setup and anesthesia support Manages staffing, sick calls, and escalations to admin on call About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
