Mig Welder

Growing manufacturing company seeking to add MIG welders to their team!
These openings are full-time, long-term roles with OT available! Full benefits are available after successful completion of probation period. These openings are on 1st shift (M-F).
Candidates will be doing MIG welding on mostly mild steel to make a variety of different products. A lot of the jobs jigs, but there is some out of position welding as well. Candidates will be using blueprints throughout the day, so candidates must be comfortable reading them (if you are not an expert in this, that's okay, there is some training with the blueprint reading). Candidates will also be helping out in other areas as needed.
We are looking for candidates with at least 1+ year of MIG welding experience OR related education.
Pay is based on previous experience and weld test.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
