Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Cardiac healthcare team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to influence patient care quality and staff development within a reputable hospital environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong cardiac nursing expertise and supervisory experience, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes and team management.
Requirements:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in North Carolina
- Staff Nurse experience required.
- BSN required or significant work toward completion ( current incumbents as of 1/1/2010 are excluded from this requirement).
- Management experienced preferred.
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
