Room Service Attendant

Provide prompt and courteous room service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages to their rooms

Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner, following company standards and procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including the pantry and storage areas

Stock and replenish items in the room service menu, ensuring availability of all items at all times

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared and presented according to company standards

Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with in-room dining events and special requests

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Must be able to obtain a valid passport and travel internationally
