About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to lead its Impact Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to end hunger. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of food programs, connecting clients to essential support services, and leading efforts in community health, nutrition, and policy advocacy. This is a rare opportunity to lead at a moment of transformation, shaping a new strategic plan that centers community voice and deepens partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader of large and complex teams, a seasoned relationship builder, and an operational strategist with a strong commitment to the mission. They should be adept at setting and holding teams accountable to clear goals, fostering collaboration, and being a change leader with a focus on equity and client voice. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should be deeply committed to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for community-centric work. The role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, able to translate high-level strategy into executable priorities, and who is adept at using data to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
