About the Role Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete at a job site located near Assiniboia, SK. In this role you will maintain customer relationships, provide friendly service, and ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of products to assigned job sites. This position starts toward the end of June and continues until October. What You’ll Accomplish Maintain equipment through daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keep it clean inside and out. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers in the assigned geography. Own customer satisfaction and deliver consistent, reliable service. Provide a positive, hassle‑free delivery experience for Amrize customers. Maintain strong working relationships with Logistics, Operations teams and fellow operators. Complete Amrize Ready Mix Training Program. Operate electronic devices (Tablets, GPS, etc.) and communicate effectively. Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a safety culture. What We’re Looking For High‑school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of related experience; preference for construction and heavy equipment experience. Understanding of the building materials industry and product knowledge is an asset. Class 3Q (Air Brakes) or Class1Q driver’s abstract; other required training or certifications. Flexible schedule, availability for different shifts and weekends. Ability to lift >50 lbs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with electronic devices such as tablets. Ability to build relationships with external customers and internal personnel. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, problem‑solving and decision‑making. Multitasking in a rapid‑paced environment and strong teamwork mindset.
